Take up the challenge during the *Farm Expert Games*, a competitive game series guided by an enthusiastic game coach. Fun is key, but communication and cooperation are also essential to complete the six varied challenges. Everyone can join in, from handy harry to smart heads, and there are adapted roles for those who want to take it a bit easier.

After the active games, you will enjoy a diverse and healthy pasta buffet. As icing on the cake, we end the day with a farm tour of an innovative and beautiful farm. Here you get a unique look behind the scenes and can ask all your questions about modern farm life.

Here, throughout the entire day, we will look for the all-rounders among you. For the most universal team. You will be put to the test in different areas of expertise. Which team has the most diverse players and can successfully complete the various challenges? 

From creativity and strength, to dexterity. From intelligence and wisdom to inventiveness. Do you dare to take on the challenge?

The Gathering

Ready for a day full of action, adrenaline and unforgettable moments? With this team outing, you'll step out of your comfort zone together and straight into adventure. Whether you're battling it out in an intense laser shooting or paintball session, honing your survival skills with bushcraft or pushing boundaries together on an adventurous hike, one thing is certain: you'll return as a stronger, more united team. Expect action, challenges and memorable moments that will linger long after the day is over.

STIXN

Step into a world of adventure with this varied day programme! Start with a delicious breakfast and then dive into an exciting VR game. Escape from a challenging escaperoom, enjoy a tasty BBQ buffet, and then battle it out in an intense laser game arena. 

For larger groups, we add extra challenges such as axe throwing and archery. Learn the right techniques and find out if you are the new Robin Hood! 

End the day with delicious apéro snacks and a drink.

Unity Boost & Medieval Times

Experience a medieval day full of action and fun! We start with a warm welcome, coffee and a delicious biscuit. Then we will measure our strengths in an exciting Medieval Battle, with hand or crossbow shooting and axe throwing. A tasty sandwich buffet will be followed by a second round of team games, focusing on fire-making, brainteasers, skill games and fencing. We conclude this adventurous day with a convivial drink!

Fun @Sea

Experience an unforgettable day full of action and team building by the sea! You will start with a warm welcome and a drink to set the mood. Afterwards, you will brave the waves together during an exciting rafting challenge at sea, where cooperation is key.

The adventure on the water is followed by a light lunch with two drinks per person to recharge. You will then engage in dynamic beach games that will strengthen team spirit and competition.

The day ends with a convivial drink, the perfect moment to talk and enjoy together. An ideal mix of fun, teamwork and relaxation on the beach!

Create the Clip, Crack the Code

This original team-building day is all about creativity, collaboration and fun. In the morning, the teams will use their own smartphones to create a unique lip dub. With our clear instructions and a healthy dose of enthusiasm, you will work together to create an energetic end result that is guaranteed to put smiles on everyone's faces.

In the afternoon, we shift into high gear with an exciting city game: Spy School in the Field. Teams take on the role of secret agents and solve challenging assignments and riddles in the city. Communication, strategy and teamwork are the keys to success!

Meadow maxi

Get ready for a day full of hilarity, action and teamwork in our *Crazy Fun Zone*! You will be divided into teams and compete in wacky mini-games such as the mechanical bull (*Raging Bull*), skippy snakes, sumo wrestling like Batman and Superman, and the challenging IPS course. It's all about working together and laughing together, because that's the only way to achieve victory!

After all the action, it's time to enjoy a delicious lunch: a trio of pastas (lasagne, chicken/curry and veggie pesto) and fresh salads with tuna or tomato/mozzarella.

In the afternoon, you will discover the hugely popular sport *Padel*. On the smaller court, you will learn the rules of the game and how to cleverly use the glass walls. Then you will get to work yourself, guided by experienced monitors. A perfect mix of fun, sport and team spirit!

Build, Battle & Bond

An active and challenging teambuilding programme full of cooperation, strategy and fun. The group may be split into two teams, alternating the morning and afternoon programme. Teams tackle XXL team games such as a life-size catapult, Leonardo's bridge and brainteasers. In addition, each team chooses two extra activities, such as archery, axe throwing or fencing. An adventurous experience that unites and strengthens teams!

Challenge Selection

A fun mix of different fun team activities in Ostend, by The Outsider Coast. Beach games, longboarding, sea rafting, sea kayaking, wave surfing. Discover all the fun activities by the sea.

The days most likely to have availability for this programme are Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Thursdays and Fridays are always very busy demanded.

Team Outs Mix Lummen

A fantastic mix of diverse team activities is waiting for you. From riding off-road scooters to exciting team building, from the ultimate laser battle to taking part in Highland Games. No worries about choices in advance, as you can decide on the spot which activities you prefer to experience with your colleagues, whether in the morning or in the afternoon. Choice of activities depending on chosen location and weather conditions. Also possible in autumn/winter.

At Burney's, we leave work mode behind and focus entirely on fun and enjoyment.

Experience the excitement of the escape room, some healthy competition on the bowling alley, a fun quiz room, or simply relax with games such as pool, darts, and table football.

Expect lots of laughter, a relaxed atmosphere, and perhaps a little friendly competition.

Start your Adventure Day with a healthy dose of action during a morning of paintball at The Gathering, enjoy a delicious lunch and then discover the 4 to 5 km Trail Challenge with fun intermediate tasks. Finish off at Cantina California with a well-deserved drink. The perfect mix of adrenaline, nature and fun!

Get Insane - Nature Trail & Teamfun

Experience an adventurous team-building day full of nature, action and fun. 

From a 5 km trail walk in the Sport Vlaanderen Hofstade nature reserve, supplemented with fun interludes and team assignments, to a series of challenging team challenges such as archery tag, human bowling, sky dive formation test and the marshmallow challenge. 

In between, you will enjoy a delicious lunch and finish with a convivial after-drink. Who will take home the Get Insane Team Cup?
